Register now for Fall Danceability classes at our beautiful new
Dance space in Brunswick.
Classes for Adults and children ages 5 and older.

What is a Danceability class?
Danceability classes are for ALL people with all levels of experience. Our classes are based in improvisation, which means you get to choose movements that feel good to your own body always. We use all sorts of music (and take suggestions!) and have a lot of fun dancing together.
Our classes are fully inclusive in an accessible space and are open to all people.
Saturday Workshops are a time to come together and discover Danceability in a larger group with members from different Maine communities.
All people are welcome. No experience necessary.
About the instructor:

Michaela Knox is a Maine-based dancer,  choreographer, and teacher. She is the founder of Spark Dance Program and a Master teacher of the Danceability method. She holds an MA in Educational Leadership from the University of New Mexico. She performed with 20 moons Dance Theatre from 2014-2018 in Durango Colorado and is currently the Artistic Director of YES Dance Theatre Ensemble in Bath, ME.

Michaela is most passionate about supporting dancers in the discovery and research of their self-expression. She believes that when dancing together we find a common language that dissolves barriers.
